I bought at least one of each type of 20 oz mug as a birthday present for a friend. They are all beautiful, but my favorite is the Art mug. It's gorgeous. One of the mugs arrived cracked from shipping. I emailed customer service on Friday, got a return voicemail message saying a replacement mug would be shipped at no extra charge, and the replacement mug arrived on Monday, within 1 business day. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I bought a few of these mugs and they are absolutely beautiful. I bought one to give away but might keep it as I love them that much!!! The people of Guatemala are the most talented crafts people that I am aware of as all of the products that I have bought from Guatemala are just beautiful!!!!
