| This is a really large shopping bag that is often used by new moms as a diaper bag. It has six outside pockets, one inner pocket and a very large space inside the bag itself. The bag has a zippered top to keep the contents inside for spilling out.
This bag was made by a group of 22 women in Solola, Guatemala who joined together in 1985 after they suffered losses during the war. As backstrap weavers, they are earning consistent income to help support their families. They have learned how to use medicinal herbs and unite to accomplish goals such as buying land and building a community house.
This is the largest bag we carry. It measures 20 inches by 18 inches. and comes with a matching change purse! It is made by Maya Traditions.
Here is what customers are saying: I LOVE this bag! My second baby is due in March and I expect to get lots of use from this diaper-bag. I filled it with stuff for a toddler and newborn, had plenty of room leftover (LOVE the pockets!) and it wasn't too huge to lug around. And it's gorgeous! Thanks for selling such wonderful products! I've enjoyed everything I've received from Mayan Traditions. --Rebecca Reilly |
